My coworker shared this recipe with me for, blackberry cobbler made with cake mix. It's a perfect summer dessert, quick and easy, and has only 4 ingredients. Yet it tastes just as good as a cobbler made from scratch. You can virtually make this cobbler with any fruit, but if you live in Washington state where every park and trail has delicious and sweet blackberries you can pick, make sure to take advantage of that.
