This easy 4 ingredient cheesecake I discovered on Instagram from Irina she is an incredible baker! I make this cheesecake so often because of how quick and easy it is to make yet it tastes so luscious and creamy. So I asked her if I could share it here with you. This cheesecake is the perfect dessert to make for your sweetheart this Valentine's Day it's sure to impress.
Ingredients needed to make this cheesecake:
- graham cracker bowl
- cream cheese
- condensed milk
- eggs
- jam/syrup opt.
Instructions for baking this 4-ingredient cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl with an electric mixer cream 2 packages of cream cheese until smooth.
Add 2 eggs into cream cheese and mix until smooth.
Add 6 oz (½ can sweetened condensed milk) into egg and cream cheese, whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour cream cheese batter into a graham cracker bowl.
To create hearts squeeze small dots in a circle as pictured. Then using a toothpick move down the middle of each syrup dot all the way around the circle without lifting your toothpick.
Place cheesecake into the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 30 minutes before removing this will help to prevent cracking.
Preparing syrup for hearts or marble detail:
- Too thin out jam you will need to add a teaspoon of water or fruit juice at a time and stir until a syrup-like consistency is reached.
- If you choose to make a design on top of your cheesecake take an oral syringe and draw up either thinned-out jam or syrup.
- To create hearts squeeze small dots in a circle as pictured. Then using a toothpick move down the middle of each syrup dot all the way around the circle without lifting your toothpick.
- To create a marble effect just swirl your toothpick through the syrup until you get the design you like.
- Other toppings I have tried that have turned out amazing are Carmel sauce and chocolate. Just swirl into cheesecake batter before baking.
Storing:
Store cheesecake with the lid from the graham cracker bowl flipped and secured with the foil edge and place into refrigerator for upto 5 days.
How to make your own graham cracker crust:
Take 1 ½ cups finely ground crackers, ⅓ cup white sugar, and 6 tablespoon of melted butter combine and press into spring form pan and bake at 375F for 5 minutes.
