Once the instant pot has finished cooking and depressing place the cooked country-style ribs onto a baking sheet and coat them with barbecue sauce Use as much sauce as you would like. I use about 4 tablespoon to coat the ribs.

Once the ribs are ready serve with extra barbecue sauce and with your favorite side dish.
Substitutions
- Steak seasoning - Instead of the steak blend seasoning I use from Kinder, you can use your favorite seasoning mix or season with Salt and Pepper to your preference.
- Country-style ribs -If you are unable to find country-style ribs you may substitute with baby back pork ribs.
- Instant pot- If you don't have an instant pot or pressure cooker you can get similar results by using a crock pot/ slow cooker or Dutch oven.
Equipment
Instant pot- An instant pot is a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, and much more all in one in my opinion it's the perfect appliance to replace all the separate appliances.
Storage
Store cooked Barbecue pork country-style ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Top tip
This is a great recipe to make ahead of time when entertaining prep the meat and put it in the instant pot. Once you are ready to bake smother with barbecue sauce and bake for 20 minutes until the sauce is thickened and glistening.

Looks perfectly cooked! Can you suggest if I may make this recipe with Paneer or Tofu in an Air fryer? Thanks.

Thanks for explaining the difference between country style and baby back ribs - I never knew the difference. I ALWAYS bought baby back. But, I think I will be buying the country style for more meat. Great tip. And I love that I can do the Instant Pot step beforehand and then bake when we are ready to enjoy this delicious dish. Thanks for the recipe!

Country style ribs are one of our favorite Fall meal. I love that I can make them in the Instant pot and finish them in the oven. I'll have to try them on the BBQ as well.
