I have developed a recipe that makes the liver tender and flavorful without the bloody taste. Now you can enjoy sautéed chicken liver for the flavor, not only for the health benefits.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver
- onion
- milk
- salt & pepper
How to make tasty sauteed chicken liver
1. Drain the chicken liver from the liquid it comes with and wash lightly with cold water. This is best done in a strainer.
2. Place cleaned liver into a bowl and pour 1 cup of milk over, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. When ready to sauté drain the milk from the chicken livers. Then on a cutting board chop liver into fine small pieces.
4. Dice the onion finely and sautéed in a preheated skillet on medium heat.
5. Once onions are fragrant and caramelized add in the chopped chicken livers. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until brown on the outside making sure not to overcook. Do a taste test and season accordingly.
Enjoy with a toasted piece of bread!
