Salmon bites glazed with a sweet teriyaki sauce. The Salmon is broiled to create these perfect glazed bites. This is my sister Inna's recipe she made for a baby shower and it was such a hit. I personally kept remaking it on multiple occasions so I knew I had to share this irresistible recipe that you will make again and again.
Ingredients:
Instructions on how to make these Teriyaki Salmon Bites
1. Cut up salmon into large cubes. Then, season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
2. In a bowl mix marinade ingredients: ½ cup teriyaki sauce, 2 tablespoon dijon mustard, 4 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
3. Place Salmon cubes into marinate sauce and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes or even better overnight.
4. Preheat oven on broil.
5. Then on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, lay out salmon bites evenly spaced.
6. Broil for 10-15 minutes until tops are glazed and golden.
How to get soft juicy salmon every time?
The number one way salmon is ruined is when it's overcooked. Salmon usually cooks quite quickly so keep your eye on it. Once the salmon flakes when touched with a fork then it is ready.
