This harvest salad with poppyseed dressing is full of delicious seasonal fruits and veggies mixed together to make a perfect addition to your holiday table. The pomegranate arils add a beautiful color and crunch to your salad and the poppyseed dressing pulls all the ingredients together into a delicious combination.

Instructions on how to assemble your Harvest Salad:
1.Prepare all ingredients for salad peel skin of mandarins and divide slices and clean off any extra skin.
2.Clean pomegranate arils from white skins.
3.Cut avocado into cubes.
4.Slice/chop shallot into thin slices.
5.In a large salad bowl add in all salad ingredients and mix with poppyseed vinaigrette to taste and top with almond slices.
How to prep a salad ahead of time and keep it fresh?
-First off start by chopping "wet ingredients" or ingrediesnt that release juice and place those in the bottom of your bowl, and work your way up and finish off with lettuce or in this case spinicah on top.
-Make sure your spinach is completely dry before adding into salad bowl.
-Don't dress the salad with dressing until ready to serve.
-Make sure your spinach is stored wrapped in papertowel to avoid wilting before your ready to use it.
-Store salad in glass not plastic bowl.
