1. In an air tight container bowl pour in 13 oz of coconut milk and then sprinkle 3 tablespoon chia seeds on top.
2. Then, with a spatula mix in the chia seeds into the coconut milk to making sure no clumps form.
3. If serving right away leave bowl at room temperature to thicken for about 15 minutes. For an overnight method cover bowl with an air tight lid and refrigerate. Chia pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
4. Before serving drizzle honey and top with berries.
