EASY CHIA PUDDING

This easy chia pudding is a delicious and healthy breakfast packed with protein, fiber, and omega3s. Keeps you full all day and great for meal prep.

Equipment

  • air tight container
  • spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 13 oz coconut milk unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey for topping
  • berries for topping

Instructions
 

  • In an air tight container bowl pour in 13 oz of coconut milk and then sprinkle on top 3 tablespoon chia seeds.
  • With a spatula mix in the chia seeds into the coconut milk making sure no clumps form.
  • If eating right away leave bowl at room temperature to thicken for about 15 minutes.
  • For an overnight method cover bowl with an air tight lid and refrigerate. Chia pudding can be stored in the refridgerator for up to 5 days.
  • Before serving drizzle with honey and top with berries.
