Ingredients:
-chicken (thighs, tenderloins, or breast)
-pesto
-cream cheese
-mozzarella cheese
Instructions for putting together this pesto chicken recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. First off clean the chicken and pat it dry. Then place into an oven-safe baking dish.
2. In a bowl mix 6oz of pesto with 8oz cream cheese until smooth and well combined
3. Spread pesto/cream cheese over chicken and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
4. Cover with foil and place the baking dish with chicken into the oven and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F. Remove foil and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is golden crisp.
