Preparing tilapia
Rinse tilapia fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and drizzle with olive oil. Then heat a skillet on medium heat and drizzle oil and fry tilapia filets until golden and crisp on the outside about 3-4 minutes.
Creamy sauce with veggies
Prepare veggies by peeling onion, and dice. Then peel carrots and grate then dice bell pepper. Once all veggies are chopped reheat the same skillet and fry veggies until caramelized. Move caramelized veggies to the side, add sautéed fish back into the skillet, and top with veggies. Pour cream over fish and veggies and let it come to a simmer for about 5-7 minutes. To finish off the recipe add your favorite herbs of choice and serve over grains or pasta.
