Equipment
Storage
Store your Garlic Aioli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Ensure it's tightly sealed to prevent the garlic aroma from permeating your fridge.
Top tip
For an extra kick, try roasting the garlic before adding it to the aioli. Roasted garlic lends a sweet and mellow flavor that takes this condiment to the next level.
FAQ
Absolutely! In fact, allowing the aioli to chill for a few hours or overnight enhances its flavor.
While fresh is best, pre-minced garlic can be a time-saver. Just be sure it's of good quality for optimal flavor.
