HOMEMADE YAKISOBA SAUCE

A quick and easy recipe on how to make homemade Yakisoba Sauce! This sauce is perfect for stir-fry dishes and recipes, one batch can be used in about 4-5 dishes.

Equipment

  • 1 storage jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • cups sugar
  • 2 tbs ginger minced or finely grated
  • 4 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan add all the ingredients 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup oyster sauce, 1 cup teriyaki sauce, 2 cups water, 1 ½ cups sugar, 2 tbs ginger grated or minced, 4 garlic cloves minced. Bring to a simmer and 5-7 minutes. Make sure to stir often to avoid it from burning on the bottom.
  • Let the sauce slightly cool then strain and pour into a clean jar or container with an air-tight lid.
  • Use in stir-fry dishes, for easy Asian-inspired recipes.
  • Store in the refrigerator with an air-tight lid for 1 month.
