Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add cream to mixing bowl
  • Mix on medium speed until butter forms (3–6 minutes)
  • Strain buttermilk
  • Rinse butter with cold water
  • Add salt and store
