GARLIC MAYO AIOLI

A dollop of velvety Garlic Mayo aioli will transform any sandwich! With our easy-to-follow recipe, you'll not only satisfy your craving for this condiment but also impress your friends.
Course aioli, dressing, sauce
1 spatula
1 air tight container
1 garlic press
- ½ cup Homemade Mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3-4 garlic cloves
Prepare the Garlic: Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. For a smoother consistency, you can use a garlic press.
Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Taste and Adjust: Take a small spoonful and taste your aioli. Adjust the seasonings or add more lemon juice if desired. Transfer to an airtight container and let stand for 10-15 minutes for the flavors from the garlic will infuse the mayo making it a garlicky mayo that is perfect!
