GARLIC MAYO AIOLI

Equipment

  • 1 spatula
  • 1 air tight container
  • 1 garlic press

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Homemade Mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3-4 garlic cloves

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Garlic: Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. For a smoother consistency, you can use a garlic press.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Taste and Adjust: Take a small spoonful and taste your aioli. Adjust the seasonings or add more lemon juice if desired. Transfer to an airtight container and let stand for 10-15 minutes for the flavors from the garlic will infuse the mayo making it a garlicky mayo that is perfect!
