- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- 1 loaf Focaccia bread
- Pepperoni Slices
- 4 cups Mozerella Cheese shredded
- Marinara Sauce for dipping
Melt ½ cup butter in a small saucepan, add 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Set aside and let garlic release its juices into the butter.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Slice bread with a serrated knife down the middle and through the center. So you have 4 separate sections. Then lay bread onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Brush melted garlic butter evenly among each of the bread sections, so all edges are coated.
Top each section of bread with about 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and then top with pepperonis.
Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Then broil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5-8 minutes. Using a knife cut into triangle slices.
Heat marinara sauce for dipping or enjoy with some cool ranch dressing!
