Prepare to indulge in the ultimate fusion of two classics with our mouthwatering Cheeseburger Pizza recipe. Perfectly seasoned ground beef, diced onions, tomatoes, and pickles come together on a golden-brown crust, all topped with a blanket of melted cheddar cheese.
Pour warm water (about 110°F) into a bowl add sugar and salt and sprinkle with yeast. Let activate for about 7 minutes. Then into a bowl of an electric mixer, add activated yeast, 2 tablespoons of oil, and flour. Adding 1 cup at a time after all flour is incorporated add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and let knead for about 8 minutes. Knead dough until it forms a ball and no longer sticks to the walls of the bowl. Let rise in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. This pizza dough can last up to 5 days.
Prepare Sauce:

Begin by gathering all the ingredients ½ cup mayo, 2 tablespoon of Relish, 4 tablespoon of grated onion, 2 teaspoon honey mustard, ½ teaspoon vinegar, ½ teaspoon paprika, 2 minced garlic cloves, ¼ teaspoon salt. Mix to combine and your sauce is ready.
Assemble pizza:
First, season the beef with salt and pepper to taste I used 1 teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Then in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it's no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and set the meat aside will you prepare the rest of the ingredients for your ground beef pizza.
Next prepare the toppings by shredding both the 1 cup cheddar cheese and ½ cup mozzarella cheese, dice 1 tomato, slice pickles I used 3 pickles, thinly sliced ¼ of a red onion.
Stretch the prepared pizza dough onto a pizza pan. Spread a layer of the "sauce." Sprinkle with shredded cheese start with cheddar cheese then top with half the mozzarella. Then top the cheese with browned ground beef, sliced onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced pickles evenly over the beef and cheese. Finish with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the cheeseburger pizza into a preheated oven at 375F and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove the cheeseburger pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice it into wedges, serve hot, and enjoy the delicious flavors!
