BAKED SALMON WITH GARLIC BUTTER

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Salmon filet
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Wipe down salmon and season with salt and pepper, set aside while you make garlic butter.
  • With a fork mash together the butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill until well incorporated.
  • Spread butter over salmon and place it into the preheated oven for 15 minutes (if your salmon is thicker cook up to 20 minutes. Check with a fork in the thickest part of the salmon, it should easily flake.)
  • Take out of the oven and serve with your favorite side dish.
