Brew tea: Boil 13 cups of water and add sugar and tea. Mix until all the sugar is dissolved. Set aside to brew and cool to room temperature
After cooled pour in your ready kombucha and add the scoby on top. Cover with a paper towel or cheesecloth and secure with a rubber band.
Store in a warm and dry place away from direct sunlight for 5-7 days
After the days remove the scoby with VERY CLEAN HANDS! you dont want to kill the bacteria with the oils from your hands. and transfer to a plate and refridgerate while your next brew is being prepared
Strain the kombucha and pour into jars or bottles and refridgerate
