These simple 4 ingredient immunity shots are so easy to make in your own home. The perfect daily boost to strengthen your immune system and even fight off a cold.

Equipment

  • 24 2OZ bottles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup ginger
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup water filtered

Instructions
 

  • Peel the skins off of the ginger roots then cut them into smaller pieces and place them in a food processor or blender. Blend until ginger is minced finely. If needed add some of the liquid from the recipe to help it blend better.
  • Juice your lemons, use fresh lemons rather than the concentrated lemon juice sold at grocery stores. This way you will get the nutrients from the lemon juice with out any additives or preservatives.
  • In a large bowl lay a sieve over it and pour out your minced ginger and press with a spatula to release the juice from the ginger. You should yield 1 cup of liquid from your blended ginger.
  • Then add in the lemon juice and pour it over the sieve as well to help collect any pulp that may be left. Add in the water mix it and Lastly add the honey and whisk it with a spatula or whisk until all the honey is dissolved.
  • Pour into 2 oz bottles or store in an air-tight jar in the fridge and take a 2oz shot daily.
