Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Clean and trim off extra fat off of tenderloin and any silver skin. Pat dry with paper towel.
  • Mix together all the seasonings: 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 ½ teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoon sea salt then add in oil.
  • Rub seasonings with oil evenly onto pork tenderloin and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat cast iron or heavy bottom skillet and drizzle oil. Brown all sides of tenderloin then cover and roast until internal tempeture reaches 155°F.
  • Take off heat and let the pork tenderloin rest for about 10 minutes. If you cut into it sooner the juices will pour out and you will end up with dry meat.
  • Slice into 1 inch slice and serve along side your favorite dishes.
