PROSCIUTTO CROSTINI MELTS

This prosciutto crostini melt consist of fresh melted mozzarella cheese topped with prosciutto that crisps up so nicely in the oven. Finished off with a balsamic which completes this tasty crostini melt.

½ lb fresh mozorella 3 oz prosciutto 13 baguette slices balsamic glaze for drizzle arugula opt. for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F
Slice your baguette into thin ½ inch slices you should have about 13 slices.
Lay your baguette slices on a lined baking sheet. Then top with a slice of fresh mozorella cheese. Then with a half to ¼ of prosciutto slice.
Place baking sheet into preheated oven and baked for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Once done baking let crostinis slightly cool and place on a serving plate. Right before serving drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Best enjoyed fresh.
