– 2 pork tenderloins – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 2 teaspoons black pepper – 1 ½ teaspoon paprika – 2 teaspoon sea salt – 1 tablespoon olive oil
1.
Preheat oven to 400F. Then clean and trim extra fat, and any silver skin. Pat dry with a paper towel. Next, mix together all the seasonings to make the marinade.
2.
Rub seasonings evenly onto pork tenderloin and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat a cast iron or heavy bottom skillet on medium heat and drizzle with oil. Brown all sides of the tenderloin then cover it with foil or a lid and roast in the preheated oven
3.
Bake until the internal temperature reaches 155°F this will be about 20-30 minutes. Once ready place on the counter and let the pork tenderloin rest for about 10 minutes. If you cut into it sooner the juices will pour out and you will end up with dry meat.
