Step 1: Prepare the Turkey: Shred Turkey either leftover or freshly cooked and top with ½ cup of BBQ sauce into a skillet and heat thoroughly until the sauce is evenly coated on all the turkey meat.
Step 2: Prep sandwich fillings: Make the Crunchy coleslaw by shredding the cabbage and carrots then make the coleslaw dressing by combining: ½ cup of Mayo, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Assemble shredded turkey sandwiches: Next, toast the buns or bread and top with Garlicky Aioli then on one side add pickle slices and the creamy coleslaw and on the other side the BBQ shredded turkey.
Step 4: Top the meat with extra BBQ sauce and close the sandwich to Enjoy!
